THEY WILL INCLUDE TRUSS DESIGN AND LAYOUT, FLOOR JOIST DESIGN AND LAYOUT, AND ANY STRUCTURAL BEAMS REQUIRED. YOUR BUILDER WILL TYPICALLY ASSIST YOU WITH THIS AS THE DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION. SEPTIC SYSTEM DESIGN - A SEPTIC DESIGN MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR PROJECT. REACH OUT TO A QUALIFIED LOCAL CONTRACTOR OR ENGINEER FOR THIS. ENERGY MODELING - (1) THESE PLANS HAVE BEEN MODELED TO STEP 3 OF THE BC ENERGY STEP CODE IN CLIMATE ZONES 4-6 USING A WORSE CASE SCENARIO FOR FACING DIRECTION OF WINDOW AND DOOR GLAZING. ADDITIONAL UPGRADES ARE REQUIRED FOR CLIMATE ZONES 7A & 7B. (2) FOR YOUR PROJECT ENERGY MODELING & ON-SITE AIR-TIGHTNESS TESTING & VERIFICATIONS MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED ENERGY ADVISOR SPECIFICALLY HIRED FOR YOUR PROJECT.
